Cousin of the Socktopus, Sockie the Ghost was a big hit at Sewing Club this week.
We used white tube socks, but any sock would work for this. Just stuff the head, tie off the neck and decorate.
As you can see, a family of Sockies can be made quickly. Some kids added a little tie to the top to hang from a tree or as a decoration.
So simple, a fellow SK teacher is planning on making these in her classroom later this week. They would also be fun to make at a party. No socks? The basic ghost on a string, is always a winner!
