In the South, you can't celebrate Easter without a new dress. Phoebe's is Butterick B4176 view B, but I left out the elastic in the sleeves for a more tulip effect. It came together fast and was easy to make. The super happy spring fabric is by Kate Fassett.
Button and pintuck detail. Phoebe helped me choose the vintage buttons from my stash. The back closes with a button loop.
As you can see, the dress is very versatile and may be worn for any occasion!
