And I love the items created by Laura Normandin, the artist behind Wren Handmade.
So last Friday, when I discovered that Laura had posted a D-I-Y birthday card project on Design*Sponge, I was ecstatic.
It was just in the nick of time -- okay, it was a few weeks late -- my brother, my sister-in-law and my niece all celebrate July birthdays. I wasn't in a hurry to mail their cards, because they were on vacation for part of the month. Then I procrastinated, and, well, all of a sudden it was August.

Whenever I use my stamp pad, I tend to get inky fingerprints all over the cardstock. Oops!
