Tally Snowballs

 OK, so maybe we don't have any real snowballs around here, but that doesn't stop us from getting into the winter spirit.  Cotton balls substituted for snow in our tally review. 

This activity worked just like Tally Acorns.   The kids grabbed a handful of "snowballs" and got to tallying.  They worked on making groups of 5 and passing the snow from left to right (or right to left if they are left handed).  Fun way to practice this all important kindergarten skill!
