Go For the Gold - Friendship Olympics

For the past two weeks, we have had Olympic fever - graphing the USA medal count and watching highlights.

So, we decided to have our own Olympics - the Friendship Olympics. Everyone drew a name of a friend in the class. They filled out a certificate that reads, "A gold medal in friendship is awarded to --- for ---. Given by---." and made a glittery gold medal.

After Workshop each day, we held a special medal ceremony.

Awarding the medal...
We posted the certificates on the hallway bulletin board for all to admire. I put extra certificates out and there have been gold medals awarded all week! I even got one for "beg a gud tekr."
