A big project this year has been making elf hats. They are so simple - only one side to stitch up. A little bell on top or ribbon trim makes them even more special!To make the hat, cut a triangle of felt with the base 25 inches and the height about 12 1/2 inches. Next, fold in half and stitch up the long side. Really, it took the kids about 15 minutes to make. Instant fun!
