Saturday morning's special
There's no place I'd rather be
Than in the kitchen with Dad
Making pancake history
I don't know how he does it
But they are perfect on each side
His skillful flipping maneuvers
Make my eyes go real wide
Sometimes he add bananas
And sometimes chocolate chips
Saturday mornings I am smiling
