Herby Spread

We made this tasty spread in kindergarten last week and I am planning on serving it at my next get together.  It's spring on a cracker!
2 ingredients - mix cream cheese and chopped up herbs of your choice. We used parsley, chives, and mint because that's what has sprung up in my garden.

In the classroom, I had the kids mix 1 spoonful of cream cheese and 1/2 teaspoon of the herb mix.  They spread it on crackers or little carrot sticks.  Some were skeptical at first, but they all came around to the herby goodness.  You should too!

Thanks! So glad you're having fun sewing with your granddaughter. Passing on the love and skill of sewing from one generation to the next is so special. I'd love to see what you make!
Happy sewing!
