I know this has nothing to do with sewing, but this crisp I made for Easter was so darn good, that even my guy Eric suggested I post it. I used this Martha Stewart
Rubarb Crisp recipe as a basis but added a carton of raspberries. I also squeezed in half a lemon and used vanilla extract. Anyway, it was exactly what I wanted - sweet and tart. Topped with homemade vanilla whipped cream. We gobbled it up in just 2 days.
