Saying I Love You

Parent gifts can be tricky - we want to make something cute and kid-made, but also something that parents will want to have.   This year, we painted some heart-shaped frames from Michaels (you know, those $1 wooden ones they have).  Then, they each painted a sign reading "I love you!" or "I ♥ you!"  We took pictures of them holding their signs for the frame.  I didn't take a picture of the finished frames - you know how that goes - but I do love these pictures.  Such a fun way to say "I love you."  These would be great for out-of-town relatives too - don't you think?
