Tic-Tac-Toe Quilt

I have been thinking a lot about this little Tic-Tac-Toe Quilt drawing.

It was made as part of the Q is For Quilt lesson I do to help reinforce that Q is always followed by U.

I discovered that there are many variations of a Tic-Tac-Toe Quilt out there, but none quite like this. I do like this one from Block Lotto - maybe that would work as a classroom project? I may have to try my hand at it.
